first serve basis. Artists who have paid in full for the seminar will have priority over
those "Reserving" their space by deposit.
If your reservation is cancelled due to a workshop being filled by artists who have
paid-in-full,
you will be refunded 100% of your deposit, other than that exception
there are no refunds after February 28, 2008.
The rates show that the cost of tuition and accommodations are separate. Please
contact Prof. Phil regarding payment of the tuition only rate. Arrangements for
reservations/payment for ACCOMMODATIONS are to be made directly with the hotel in
Eureka Springs for the USA seminar and with ArtfarmGaia for the workshops and
seminar in Italy.
USA SEMINAR

All prices for the USA seminar are per person and in us dollars. The Piedmont has
allocated 10 rooms for our seminar and after it is filled; artists will need to find
alternative accommodations on their own. The Piedmont will serve as our communal
gathering space due to its highly creative decor and friendly atmosphere.
SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS FOR FIRST 10 ROOMS: Reservations for
accommodations are separate from TUITION DEPOSIT.
For our seminar we have co-created a package-deal with breakfast and a simple lunch included at this charming Bed & Breakfast. It is less than 100 yards from the fabulously large studio space where we will be painting. The Piedmont is giving us all 10 of their rooms, so register early to get this great deal. Rooms including the breakfast/lunch at the Piedmont will range from $70 - $120 a day depending on room size, Jacuzzi, etc. (with the 2 meals included) and Wi-Fi is available for your wireless!

Waiver: All prices are per person. Students are responsible for their own transportation, personal expenses, personal art supplies and health insurance. Registration for any seminar constitutes a waiver on the participants' part regarding any and all injuries or illnesses sustained by the participant during the dates of the seminar.

To register for the 3 week USA painting seminar either pays the full rate for a guaranteed space at the discounted rate, or a $495 deposit to reserve a space. All balances are due no later than APRIL 17, 2008. It is highly recommended that you pay your balance as soon as possible to ensure your place in the
summer academy.
A 'materials list' is supplied upon registration.
Refunds regarding USA and ITALY: You may receive a refund up until February 26, 2008, less a 20% cancellation fee of the total cost of the course(s) you have registered for. No refunds after February 27, 2008. There will be no refunds issued after this date, either in full, partially, or as “roll-over” tuition for the next year.

Workshops and seminar
Accommodations are at The International School of the Arts - ArtFarmGaia in Papiano - Perugia, Italy and includes:
- Package of 2 or 3 meals per day, 7 days a week

All prices are per person and in Euros. ArtFarmGaia has a limited number of rooms and after it is filled; artists will need to find alternative accommodations on their own. Reserve early!
ACCOMMODATIONS AT "ARTFARMGAIA" is charming, very reasonable and limited to 8 - 16 people. Artists may have a single room or share a room with one or two others depending on their budget. Payment for ACCOMMODATIONS is separate from TUITION. Half board comes with 2 meals per day/Full board with 3 meals per day. TUITION is additional to ACCOMMODATIONS.
